🎖️ VE DAY 🎖️
Early celebrations at the centre this week in honour of the 80th anniversary of VE Day—marking eight decades since the end of the Second World War in Europe 🇬🇧
We decided to celebrate a few days early to allow many of our veterans the opportunity to attend official events with their respective units and regiments on VE Day itself, while still enjoying the company of friends.
From all of us at CVS, thank you to everyone who joined us and we hope you had a great day celebrating with your respected regiments! 🕊️

A young cadet and his friend embarked on a fundraising mission to purchase a wall-mounted SLR for the centre. They dedicated their time and effort to gather the necessary funds by engaging in activities such as gardening and car washing around their local area. Their determination and hard work paid off, allowing them to contribute to the improvement of the center's facilities

Reminder that our doors open Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM. As always, breakfast is available until 11:00 AM, followed by a free hot lunch at 12:30 PM for any veteran.
