As Volunteer Week draws to an end we paused to thank our core Veteran Volunteers, recognising the incredible contribution our volunteers make to the everyday mission of the Centre.

What a cracking turnout at Scoff & Banter yesterday - We had the pleasure of welcoming both familiar faces and newcomers!
We were back to normal this week, with no specific theme attached, but that didn't stop us from having a great time. Everyone was on form as we enjoyed all the usual staples that make Scoff & Banter so unique!

CVS/Scottish Armed Forces Champions
CVS had the pleasure of attending and speaking at the Scottish Armed Forces Champions Gathering today in Stirling. From VS Facebook page:
“We heard inspiring presentations that highlighted lived experience and showcased innovative approaches from local authority and NHS Armed Forces champions across Scotland. The ideas and learning shared today will help inspire and strengthen support in communities across the country.
Today reinforced the value of collaboration and the importance of organisations working together to deliver on current and future Armed Forces Covenant requirements in support of Armed Forces and Veterans communities”.
