Free Breakfast, Lunch and Snacks
At the centre we provide a nutritious, hot lunch from Monday to Friday every week for all our community members.
Emergency Essential Items
Parcels of food and other items are a key offering at Community Veterans Support for those who find themselves in immediate need.
Free Laundry Services
In order to tackle rising energy costs, we have a dedicated laundry section where our veterans can wash and dry their laundry free of charge.
Emergency Short-Term Accommodation
Emergency Accommodation is readily available for any service members facing homelessness.
Financial Welfare
CVS helps provide emergency financial assistance to those who are in immediate need.
Weekly Activities
Here at CVS we offer a significant range of weekly activities and seasonal events to our community members, including Wellbeing Walks, Workshops, Scoff & Banter (evening meal), Guest Speakers and Pool and Darts competitions.
Employment Assitance
The centre aids in job searches for all community members, offering interview clothing when required.
In addition, we provide accessible IT for employment searching and online training.
Referral Services
We are in partnership with a broad spectrum of veteran supportive organisations and agencies and assist in guiding our veterans to these additional support services.
A Safe and Welcoming Space
We have worked hard to foster a community that is welcoming and friendly, allowing veterans to meet and connect with fellow likeminded individuals.
